MIMO Power settings in SignalPro

When setting MIMO Powers in SignalPro you can use the standard values supplied.

If you have measured data you can customize your power settings.

To set the Link Budget effects for MIMO adaptive Antennas

Please do the following.

Go to > RF Systems > MIMO Adaptive Antennas > Select MIMO/Adaptive Type and make the necessary adjustments accordingly:

Downlink Coverage Gain
Uplink Coverage gain
Downlink Interference Reduction
Uplink Interference Reduction
DownLink Throughput Multiplier
Uplink Data Throughput Multiplier

For Example : When using MIMO 2x2 (spatial coding) the power level in the SignalPro transmitter setting should not be adjusted additionally.

The 2 transmitted signals are broadcasted in separate antennas in the radome and are received by the MIMO 2x2 subscriber antennas in the Downlink and the same in the uplink.

It is assumed that the power gain is accounted for in the MIMO/Adaptive antenna module.
