There are some problems that can occur between the terrain data and a users sites. For Example:

Sometimes users may want to import various .csv files containing site or sector data via the spreadsheet editors. That same user could also load in various terrain or clutter files as well, maybe changing from one resolution of terrain/clutter to the other. What can happen sometimes is that some of the sites can become buried underneath the terrain. This occurs when the sites do not initialize with a new terrain database. During the process of making edits to your project (bringing in site data via the spreadsheet editors, loading in various resolutions of terrain or clutter) a user my find that some of their sites have disappeared, but maybe not all. Or a user could run a study and notice that they are not receiving results but the study looks like it does complete(some transmitters have no results). One place to check would be the site elevations within the spreadsheet editors>site details to verify that all sites have the proper terrain. In this image I have highlighted the problematic site elevations from within the spreadsheet editors, site data.

More than likely if the above issues are occurring, some of your sites could be underneath the terrain. This means that the sites have an elevation of 0.0. The fix for this is to go back into the menu Databases>Terrain and unchecking all active terrain selections and pressing okay. Then you want to go back into the same menu and re-check terrain as active. This should allow the sites to pick up the proper terrain elevations and no longer be at 0.0. I have highlighted the active checkbox the user should be checking and unchecking below:

You can then go back into the Spreadsheet Editors>Site Details to verify that all sites now have the proper terrain elevations set. If you find that after following these steps you are still unable to see study results or need assistance please submit a support ticket on our support portal.
