Handling International Locales In Tile Selector

If you are launching the Tile Selector and receiving the following error messages:

This may be caused by the settings in your Windows OS due to regional differences with the use of punctuation.

To make this correction in order to successfully lauch the Tile Selector please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to settings on your computer

  2. Once in settings, select the option for “Time & Language”

  3. Then select the option for “Region”

  4. Once here click “ Additional date, time, and regional settings”

  5. A dialogue box will open, then select “Region”

  6. Another dialogue box will appear, then click “additional settings”

  7. Another dialog box will open. Here in the first drop down field you will need to change the “.” to a “,”

  8. Then in the third drop down field you will need to change the “.” to a “,”

  9. Click “OK” to save your selections

Once the above process is complete the Tile Selector should now launch and you will be able to select the tiles you need for your project.

PLEASE NOTE: Once you are done using the Tile Selector you will need to go back into your settings and reverse the changes you made above BEFORE you launch SignalPro.
