A user will need to know the serial number being used for their software when creating support requests through the EDX Support Portal. There are several ways to review the serial number being used by the software:

  1. If you are in the software navigate to Help>About in the menu bar

  2. If your software will not launch. Open a file browser and navigate to C:\Program Files\EDX\SignalPro\bin and hover your mouse over the signalpro.exe, right click on the signalpro.exe, select properties, then select the detail tab.
