If you tried to login to the Cirrus platform and received the following There was an error found for Cirrus Licensing users of SignalPro. This error occurs when attempting to log in for the first time on versions 11.0.10 or older. When logging in for the first time the user receives this error message:

This issue is occurring occurs because of the latest Google Chrome update (Version 98). We discovered this issue last week and corrected it in our latest version of the software (Version 11.0.11.25077). To correct this issue please download the EDXLogin.dll provided in the link below and replace your current EDXLogin.dll in the C:\Program Files\EDX\SignalPro\Bin. Once you copy the EDXLogin.dll into the bin folder go ahead and try to re-launch the software. Fix:

  1. Please download the EDXLogin.dll provided in the link: https://edx.egnyte.com/dl/UqcEV6iIYh

  2. Replace the current EDXLogin.dll in the location C:\Program Files\EDX\SignalPro\Bin.

  3. Try to launch the software again.
