If v11.0.0 and above (no previous version of SignalPro):
Priority 1: Local USB HASP
Priority 2: If already logged in, attempt to refresh Cirrus Licensing session
Priority 3: Welcome screen
Option to use Cirrus Licensing
Option to search for Network USB HASP
If v11.0.0 and above (chosen Network USB HASP):
Priority 1: Local USB HASP
Priority 2: Will search for network USB HASP
Priority 3: If already logged in, attempt to refresh Cirrus Licensing session
Priority 4: Welcome Screen
Option to use Cirrus Licensing
Option to search for Network USB HASP
If v10.0.0 and above (no previous version of SignalPro):
