EDX Wireless COVID-19 Response

Dear EDX Customers,

We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being responsive to your needs. As companies around the globe are closing offices and asking staff to work from home, we want to ensure you are still able to access EDX software to complete your critical projects.

Effective immediately, we are opening up access to our Cirrus licensing to customers on current maintenance. This will allow you to access your license without the need for a physical licensing key.

How do I get this temporary Cirrus Licensing?
Those customers who are closing offices or working from home without access to your key can reach out to our support team through the Customer support portal or directly to your account manager.

We hope everyone can continue to be productive wherever they may work, and most importantly, we want everyone to remain safe.

Do I have to pay anything extra for this?
No. EDX is providing this service to in-maintenance customers free of charge on a temporary basis until the COVID-19 pandemic has subsided.

Out-of-Maintenance Customers
For EDX customers that do not have a current support/maintenance agreement but are working through IT issues during this time, please contact us for a one-month, single license seat to help bridge the gap.
