Introduction
When customers first subscribe to Cirrus High-Resolution Data, they must download the data for use on their computer. Part of the download is a file called manifest.enc. This file provides the expiration date of the subscribed tiles and enables Cirrus data decryption; it is tied directly to the SignalPro® serial number and cannot be used by other serial numbers.
Two weeks prior to the subscription end-date, when launched, SignalPro notifies the customer that their tiles are expiring. If the customer does not renew within two weeks of the notification, then the customer loses access to the tiles. Upon subscription renewal, the customer must update their manifest.enc to be able to use the tiles, as the old manifest retains the expired dates.
