Objective

This feature set is to enable the end user a fast and easy method to produce a BOM(bill of materials) for any building of choice

This feature set will provide an estimate of the sites required in any building and BOM with associated cost,

Use Case

To produce a BOM takes time, Engineers would need to scope the building, gather blueprints, run through a planning tool then list out the cost for each cell/material.

During a sales/pre-sales event this is too lengthy of a process, especially when it is in the pre-sales stage, in which case the acquisition cost of a customer is high

To create a faster process the best estimate should be enough to provide high level cost of a building

Product run through

1. Open demo

Open

2. Type in any address                            

Open

3. Click on any building

• Sqft

• Number of floors

• Type of building

• Users in the building

• Equipment type

  • This will be used for templates of equipment the vendor would like added. This will be catered for their specific equipment.

4. When ready select “generate report”. This will take you to another screen. The report will have EDX logo.

• Can be changed/white labeled for any customer

• The material information and cost are provided

• The building picture is provided

• The last item on that report is the coverage within the building

  • This shows the estimated number of sites for to cover the building

5. Select “print to PDF” this will produce a PDF that can be given to any person of choice
