Error: Can't open "C:\WINDOWS\System32\Data\datums.dat" for reading!

The error messages pictured below indicate that your computer security did not allow the installer to write to the registry. You can manually edit the registry by following the resolution steps below:

Please note you may need your IT department to perform these steps.

Resolution Steps:

  1. Right-click on SignalPro and select new Key.

  1. Write in “13.0.”

 

  1. Click on “13.0,” and on the right panel, right click and select New String value. Type “InstallDir” (no quotes) and type in “C:\Program Files\EDX\SignalPro\” (no quotes).

  2. Now try launching SignalPro again.
