We were unable to detect a valid license when the program started

If you are a Cirrus License user and you receive the message below upon launch of the software please follow the Cirrus Login Feature instructions.

If you are using a red hardware key, select the option “Search for network key.”

If you are using a green or purple hardware key, select the option “Search for USB license key.”
