No Data (bad code) & Terrain Error -1

Reasons for the No Data (bad code) error or Terrain error -1

  1. Ensure the data has been extracted from the .zip file

  2. Ensure your attenuation file matches the clutter dataset

  3. Ensure you are pointing to the correct file format for your data within SignalPro

  4. You are pointing to data on a shared drive

    1. Although this may have worked in the past, SignalPro is not designed to be used with a shared drive. Please download and point to all data locally

  5. There is no data for the area of interest in the dataset you are using

    1. Please ensure you are pointing to the appropriate dataset

  6. There are some bad/corrupt tiles in the clutter data for your area of interest

    1. Please check your data files

  7. You have too many datasets in the same folder

    1. Please keep each dataset in its own folder/ do not mix datasets

  8. The folder you have your dataset in is too large

    1. If this is the case please try taking the tiles you need and placing them in their own folder

  9. You have not updated your manifest files since you downloaded the data (if you are using the tile selector)

  10. Once you have downloaded your data and and moved/updated the manifest file you need to shutdown and relaunch SignalPro
