Error Message reported from Customer:
Problem:
The customer may not have the Tile Selector set to world data as the default is to download US data. Which is why the received the error message above.
Support Response To Customer:
The above error messgage will be generated by the Cirrus Tile Selector when the resolution selected does not line up with the data.
Please Note: The default for the Tile Selector is US Data.

If you are selecting data outside of the US you will need to change the data set selection.
To change the tile resolution:
Launch Tile Selector
Select the tiles you want to download
Navigate to the Data Set Selection Button. (This button is located to the left of the “?” button and it looks like 4 horizonal lines stacked on top of one another.
Once you click on the Data Set Collection Selection Button it will open a dialogue box. Inside this dialogue box expand “clutter (GCE file format)” then check the box for “1km World Clutter”the appropriate resolution selection.
Next expand “Terrain (PTE file format)” then check the box for either “30m world terrain” or “90m world terrain”appropriate resolution selection.
Then click okay so save the selections and return back to the main interface.
Next click download and follow the prompts.
