On the computer EDX Signal(Pro) is installed on make sure Signal(Pro) is shut down.
Go to C:\Program Files\EDX\SignalPro\Cirrus TileSelector\ and double-click the EDXTileSelector.exe to launch the TileSelector.
Once open, click on the ? in the button bar, and select Update Manifest.

Navigate to C:\ProgramData\EDX\cirrus, and copy the manifest.enc file to the computer with Signal(Pro) and place the new manifest in the C:\ProgramData\EDX\cirrus\ replacing any existing manifest file.
