Hit according to the source data you are trying to convert. We want to be sure and set the reference longitude appropriately. When the data uses the UTM coordinate system the Reference Longitude is determined by the “Zone Number”. The longitude is calculated from this number as follows: Ref_longitude = Zone_number * 6.0 - 180.0 - 3.0

Also, what format is the source data in? Is the file using x,y meters and Decimal Degrees? Or lat/long and seconds. This can be determined by viewing the .DAT file associated with the data
Once all of your geo-parameters have been configured, then hit Ok then Start Conversion and you should have the converted file. If the conversion is successful, you should see a sample image display in EDXCV. If the image doesn't load right away, it should load eventually, the tool just takes time to build the sample image.
This process for converting Land Use data also works for Terrain data as well. You will follow the same steps but for the Terrain Conversion.
